Hey guys hope everyone been good, sorry that I haven't posted in a while been busy with the start of my last semester here at UAT. Anyways for those that has been following my blog you guys know that I have been training for a Spartan Race. Now my question for you guys is what do you use to keep yourself motivated to keep training for big events, whether it is a marathon, ultra marathon, other types of obstacle course races. What do you guys use to keep going? For me its sound cheesy but I like to go on Youtube and watch inspirational speeches, I will sometimes put them on my phone while running so that I can listen to it while training.
