BURPEES and no its not burping.

    Hello hello everyone as you may know if you follow my blog is that I am training for the spartan race and one of the things that helps me prepare is do a specific exercise called Burpees. For those who do not know what Burpees are here below is a link with the founder of the Spartan Race doing them and doing the 30day 30 burpee challenge.

    This is really great because if you fail one of the obstacles on the course you have to do 30 of them to make it up.
