Rhinoceros Hornbills are Velociraptors in Disguise. Don’t trust them!

I apologize for my lack of a journal entry last week. I was out sick, and I finally started feeling better this week. It’s amazing regaining the use of your lungs and nose after a cold/flu. Because of being sick, most of my week has consisted on make-up work for all my classes.

As celebration for feeling better, some friends and I visited the Phoenix Zoo. My friend went crazy and took almost two hundred pictures of all the animals we came across. My favorite though was the Rhinoceros Hornbill. We could actually hear them from about thirty feet away, and they definitely sounded like the raptors from Jurassic Park. There’s a link to the video, just ignore us talking (My friend couldn’t tell if it was recording at first. she’s silly).
