This blog may be my last as a human. Tonight at midnight starts the terrifying zombie apocalypse, and my odds of surviving don’t look so good. That’s right, Humans vs. Zombies is coming up here at UAT! Founder’s Hall (our dorm here at UAT) is sponsoring the event. If you don’t know what it is, it’s basically a giant game of tag, where the zombies try to tag the humans to turn them into more zombies, while the humans attempt to stay human for as long as possible. Unlike the zombies, humans have the ability to wield weapons (in this case, a nerf gun and some socks), and use these to defend themselves from the onslaught of zombies. The game starts with one “OZ” or Original Zombie, who can pretend to be human for the first twenty-four hours.
Other than HvZ, I’m pretty excited about some of the upcoming events. Besides some of the traditional Halloween-type events, Student Life is participating in a Cancer Walk for Breast Cancer Awareness on October 29. I remember participating in walks like this back in high school, so I can’t wait to do it again this year.
Well, that’s it for me. Short blog this week, I know. Hope you have a wonderful weekend/week! Molly talks about the zombie apocalypse
